Your job Deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure every client interaction is positive and meaningful. Open accounts and offer banking products tailored to client needs. Identify opportunities for referrals to Account Managers to support clients’ financial success. Process transactions accurately while maintaining compliance and attention to detail. Educate clients on banking products to promote understanding and engagement. Contribute to the success of the branch through collaboration and continuous learning. Your team Within the Retail Banking sector, you are part of a team of customer service professionals, reporting to the Branch Manager. Basic requirements Some post-secondary education and 1+ year of customer service experience. Strong communication skills with a people-first approach. Interest in financial products and a desire to grow within the banking industry. Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfort using MS Office and other banking systems.
