With offices across Europe, North and South America, and Asia, CACEIS offers a broad range of services including execution, clearing, forex, securities lending, custody, depositary and fund administration, fund distribution support, middle office outsourcing, and issuer services.We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Officer to join our Custody Team. The role involves managing global markets settlement operations, which includes correcting instructions with incorrect data or format, following settlement processes with local custodian agents, and resolving breaks reported by counterparts and local agents.Job ResponsibilitiesVerify trade details against confirmations and system records.Ensure timely and accurate settlement across different markets.Analyze and investigate pending or break issues across all markets, utilizing extensive knowledge of global markets.Manage incoming queries and follow-ups from counterparts and clients.Release instructions on the market respecting treasury cut-off times.Handle client requests received via email promptly.Mitigate risks by implementing partial instructions and recalling instructions when necessary.Reconcile cash and security breaks between the client’s books and sub-custody books.Regularly review procedures and suggest improvements.Provide training to team members and monitor their progress. #J-18808-Ljbffr
