What Will You Work On? The Clinical Practice Leader is responsible for designing and overseeing pharmaceutical care, including, the supervision and coordination of clinical activities among skilled pharmacists, formulating and upholding practice standards and ensuring the delivery of top-tier care at Royal Inland Hospital.

About This Location: Royal Inland Hospital’s (RIH) Pharmacy is our second largest hospital in the interior region. The Pharmacy consists of many generalist and specialist team members, who work collaboratively in a variety of disciplines to deliver innovative pharmacy services utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

Qualfications • Graduation from an accredited faculty of Pharmacy program and current licensure with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia; • Successful completion of a Canadian hospital pharmacy residency program. Doctor of Pharmacy degree from a recognized university; • Five years clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting, including two years in a leadership position, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience; and • Eligible for membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists.
