This is a permanent role with a great Company, offering a great working environment.Duties and Responsibilities :Support certification programsCo-ordinate 3rd party testing and non-compliance follow upsCreating and maintaining quality training decks with internal departments and employeesParticipate in audits, includes reporting of findings, follow-ups and corrective actionsManage customer and consumer complaint systems and portalsCommunication with customers and consumers to address and resolve complaint issues and inquiriesCompile and evaluate complaint data into trends, graphs and decksMaintain BRC systems including FSQM, HACCP, Food Safety Plan, Audits, Risk Assessments, Validations etc.Requirements :Minimum3 years work experience in Food Manufacturing industryTime management, good organizational skills – ability to work independently or in a teamExcellent verbal and written interpersonal skills requiredMust be able to capture and organize data into various trend, analysis and customer reportsMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detailProficient in the use of computer technology including standard software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint #J-18808-Ljbffr
