TON RÔLE…
Est d’être le pilier central qui joue un rôle clé en coordonnant les activités quotidiennes liées à l'entretien industriel. Tu seras responsable de planifier, organiser et contrôler les ressources du service pour garantir un fonctionnement optimal et atteindre les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise. Grâce à ton leadership et ta rigueur, tu contribueras directement à maintenir la performance, la fiabilité et l'efficacité des opérations, tout en favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et sécuritaire.

Tu participes à la planification, l’évaluation et la supervision des travaux d’entretien pour assurer leur qualité et leur efficacité.
Tu mets à jour les plans, les livres techniques et les composantes associées pour garantir leur conformité et leur actualité.
Tu collabores à l’élaboration et au contrôle du budget de ton service, en veillant au respect des objectifs financiers.
Tu assistes le superviseur dans l’approvisionnement en matériel et dans le processus de soumissions afin d'assurer des choix judicieux.
Tu veilles au respect des méthodes de suivi des produits en inventaire et à leur conservation adéquate pour un approvisionnement optimal.
Tu recrutes, encadres, formes et inspires ton équipe, en créant un environnement motivant et collaboratif.
Tu contribues à la rédaction des politiques, procédures et plans d’action, puis veilles à leur application cohérente au sein de ton équipe.

Diplôme d'études professionnelles en lien avec l'emploi
3 ans d'expérience reliée à l'emploi
Compétences en électricité et/ou mécanique industrielle

Faire preuve d’autonomie et d’adaptation
Avoir la capacité de synthèse
Faire preuve de jugement
Maîtrise de la Suite Office
