Responsibilities Ensure that all replacement parts are inspected, eligible and properly certified prior to installation. Ensure that removed parts are properly tagged and routed to quarantine. Ensure work on any aircraft or component complies with the manufacturer’s recommended standards, Canadian Aviation Regulations, and Company Policies and Procedures. Sign for the completion of own work on applicable forms and review records to ensure entries follow company policies. Assist in on‑the‑job training and instruction of personnel. Carry out Independent Checks and Receiving Inspections as authorized. Maintain valid related training at all times. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. Education & Experience Requirements Valid TCCA AME license in a recognized discipline with appropriate aircraft type courses. Minimum of 2 years of experience. Experience on commercial or military aircraft. Experience in line maintenance in a fast‑paced environment is preferred. Position requires Level II Clearance with the Canadian Government and the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program. Skills & Competencies Able to work on complex assignments requiring considerable judgment, initiative and technical/specialized knowledge. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Proficient in English communication. Team player. Can work under pressure, meet deadlines, maintain a positive attitude and provide exemplary customer service. Autonomous and self‑directed. Ability to perform all work in support of corporate values.
