OverviewFLiiP is revolutionizing fitness business management through an all-in-one SaaS platform for commercial gyms and multi-location fitness operators. We provide tools to streamline operations, centralize communication, and improve member retention. We are a fast-scaling startup with over $4M CAD in seed funding and a growth target across North America. We are seeking a design-forward creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leverages modern tools (including AI), and can help us bring powerful ideas to life through visuals.This is a 100% remote role, based in Canada.RoleVisual Content & Brand Designer — a next-gen creative who can flex across formats: static graphics, motion design, and video. This high-ownership role will lead all visual content at FLiiP, collaborating closely with the CGO and Content Marketing Manager to elevate our brand and accelerate execution across organic, paid, and product-facing content. You will be our first dedicated creative hire, providing an opportunity to establish design standards and scalable systems from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn All Visual Content Creation: design and produce a wide range of content—from static graphics and illustrations to motion graphics, short-form videos, paid ads, landing visuals, decks, and moreEvolve the FLiiP Brand: maintain and expand our visual identity across channels; contribute to a future brand refresh and help shape our next-gen design systemSupport Content, Growth, and Product Marketing: collaborate with the content marketing lead and growth team to translate messaging and strategy into high-impact creativeLeverage AI Tools to Move Faster: use modern creative tools and AI platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Descript, B-roll generators, Figma plugins) to speed up workflows and maximize creative outputDesign Across Channels: deliver assets for organic social, blog content, paid ads, lifecycle campaigns, and internal presentations—adapting creative for performance and channel fitBuild Scalable Systems: create templates, libraries, and lightweight brand guidelines to help the broader team move faster with creative consistencyRequirements4-6 years of experience as a brand designer, visual designer, or creative generalist—ideally within a startup or fast-paced environmentPortfolio demonstrating range with strengths in layout, typography, color, and examples of motion design and video workFluency with modern tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects, Webflow, and AI-powered platforms (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Descript)Proven experience creating high-quality marketing content for growth, content, or paid media teamsAbility to balance craft with speed—knowing when to polish and when to ship fast and iterateExperience collaborating with marketing and growth teams; understanding how creative drives performanceStrong communicator and autonomous builder—able to set the tone for creative execution at FLiiPNice to HaveExperience leading or contributing to a brand refresh or rebranding initiativeFamiliarity with growth-focused design principles (e.g., ad creative, CRO visuals, lifecycle assets)Lightweight video editing skills using AI or hybrid workflowsBenefitsCompetitive compensation package100% remote-first work (Canada-based role)Health & Insurance Benefits: FLiiP covers 50% of group plan premiumsA fast-moving, execution-first culture where experiments are welcomed and speed is celebratedA high-leverage role with full ownership of your stack, strategy, and roadmapA tight-knit team, direct collaboration with executive leadership, and the chance to shape a category-defining productIf you're a design-forward, AI-native creative who wants to own the look and feel of a company on the rise, we'd love to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
