Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations with a focus on exceptional patient care Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of pharmacists and pharmacy assistants Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and professional standards Manage pharmacy inventory, ordering, and budget-related responsibilities Deliver and expand clinical services, including immunizations and medication reviews Foster a positive work culture aligned with our mission and values Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to support wellness initiatives Qualifications Licensed and in good standing as a pharmacist in Nova Scotia Strong clinical knowledge and interest in patient care services Superior healthcare service.
