Magellan Aerospace seeks a skilled Contracts Manager to facilitate day-to-day management of the Contracts department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and assist Contracts staff in performing their duties.
- Coordinate and review formal proposals with engineering, estimating, program management, Operations, and executive teams.
- Negotiate contracts for domestic and export customers.
- Manage customer enquiries, including familiarity with Canadian and U.S. Government regulations.
- Coordinate financial papers associated with contracts.
- Contribute to corporate profitability by ensuring proposal financial requirements are met and terms and conditions protect the company.
- Communicate regularly with all departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration from a recognized university or college.
- 5-8 years of business/management experience.
- Contracts administration experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with Canadian government or standard industry terms and conditions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

$80,000 - $110,000 per year
