Here's an overview of the main responsibilities of this position:Receiptand distribution ofelectronic invoices;Verification and transfer of invoices to the invoicereview,approvaland processing systems;Assign invoices to correct approvers;Validationofinvoice approvalstoensure everything isin accordance withour procedures and controls;Issuance ofpayment lists;Create accounting entries;Respond to requests from variousinternal personnelandexternalsuppliers;Verification of supplier statements;Any other related tasks.WHAT YOU’LL NEEDWe want you to join our team Here's what we're looking for:Education:AEC,DEPor DEC inAccountingExperience:1 year of relevant accountingexperience.Knowledge and skills:Detail oriented with strong organizational skills;Able to meet tight deadlines;Be thorough whilemaintainingspeed of execution;Demonstrate high confidentiality in the handling of files;Demonstrate a strong concern for customer service;Able to work alone or in a group;MS Excel (intermediate level) skills an asset.Language skills:Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English) both spoken and written, as the person will be required to work and communicate regularly in English while performing the tasks outlined above.
