Role Overview We’re hiring a data-driven marketing strategist to design and execute growth experiments that test market demand for early venture concepts. You’ll lead hands‑on validation campaigns — translating insight into measurable traction and guiding which ideas move forward to full build. This is a strategic, systems-oriented role for someone who thrives in fast, analytical environments and understands how to turn data into conviction. Responsibilities Design and launch short-term marketing experiments to assess audience interest and conversion potential Analyze performance data to identify traction signals and validate market opportunities Build structured testing systems and dashboards to inform venture decisions Collaborate cross-functionally with research and product to align insight, feasibility, and demand Document learnings and refine processes for future ventures What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years in growth or performance marketing, preferably early-stage or SaaS Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign design, testing, and attribution Hands‑on experience with tools like GA4, Notion, Sheets, Airtable, and ad platforms Excellent communicator who can translate complex data into clear recommendations Comfortable operating independently with high autonomy and accountability Why Join Walton Co.
