This Company is an established, full-service law firm with over 60 lawyers. The firm has a broad-based practice which includes bankruptcy/insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labour law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law.

We are seeking a Municipal Planning and Condo Development Lawyer to join our team. The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of municipal and planning law, including land use litigation, expropriation, environmental matters and appearances before various courts and administrative tribunals, in particular the OMB. The successful candidate will also be involved in condominium development matters, including official plan and zoning by-law amendments, plans of subdivision, severance, variance, site plan matters and in structuring and negotiating development agreements.

Qualifications:

  1. Excellent advocacy, interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. At least 3 years of related legal experience.

We require in-office attendance of at least 3 days per week.
