ERP Cutover and Hypercare Manager

Job Title: ERP Cutover and Hypercare Manager Location: Toronto, Montreal, or Ottawa Work Schedule: 40 hours per week Work Mode: Primarily remote, with occasional on-site presence during SIT and UAT phases Travel: Periodic travel between Montreal, Toronto, and Ottawa Languages: French and English (professional Bilingual) Overview Seeking a seasoned ERP Cutover and Hypercare Manager to lead the transition and post-deployment phases of a major ERP transformation from SAP to Oracle Fusion Cloud. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless go-live, operational stability, and effective stakeholder communication during the transition period. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute the ERP cutover strategy and mock rehearsals. Coordinate technical and functional teams for go‑live readiness. Lead command center operations during go‑live and hypercare. Oversee post‑deployment support, governance, and incident management. Communicate status, risks, and updates to all stakeholders. Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data governance standards. Qualifications 10+ years of ERP program experience (Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, or similar). 3–5 years leading cutover and post‑deployment support phases. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Projects, EPM). Proven success in large‑scale, multi‑integration ERP programs. Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar planning tools. Fully bilingual (French and English). #J-18808-Ljbffr
