Description

As a Client Solutions Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving full-stack end-to-end delivery. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, oversee squad setup, manage iterative development, and ensure successful code deployment. This role requires strong product knowledge, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from client requirements to squad formation, development, continuous refinement, and deployment.
  • Define and implement engineering best practices with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Architect and develop full-stack solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between engineering, product, and business teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and engineering excellence.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of software development experience with a focus on full-stack solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions, from client needs to final deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
