to oversee the successful planning and execution of engineering and manufacturing projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do: Lead and manage multiple engineering and technical projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and fabrication teams to ensure smooth execution Act as the primary customer liaison, providing clear communication and top-tier service Manage project changes, ensuring approvals and documentation are in place Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing Conduct project reviews, lessons learned, and process improvements.

What You Bring: 5+ years of project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, automation, or related industries Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors Proficiency with project management tools (MS Excel, ERP Systems, Gantt charts, scheduling tools) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred PMP certification (or in progress) is an asset Ability to travel as required (valid driver’s license and passport)
