POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will act as a business partner between IT and other key business functions, such as Finance, Accounting, Supply Management, Sales & Marketing, and Human Resources. The candidate will work as a member of the IT team responsible for application solution & design, and implementation of IT Systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Vendor Management: Oversee all third-party vendors, including Microsoft Support, SPS Commerce, and Dynaway. Obtain quotes, assess business value, provide recommendations, and ensure projects align with budget goals.
  2. Project Management: Lead and direct assigned projects within the MS Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations ERP system, including setting priorities, coordinating activities, and reporting progress.
  3. System Administration & Development: Map business processes to MS Dynamics 365/Dataverse functions, manage system administration, configuration, and development.
  4. ERP Implementation & Maintenance: Provide expertise in implementing and maintaining key modules, including:
    1. Finance
    2. Inventory
    3. Supply Chain
    4. Sales & Marketing
    5. Human Resources
    6. Maintenance Work Orders (Dynaway)
    7. EDI Integration (SPS Commerce)
    8. CRM Integration (HubSpot)
  5. Data & Reporting: Utilize Power BI for business reporting, manage LCS resources across four environments, and oversee bulk data updates for items and routes/BOMs.
  6. Process Optimization: Develop process flow diagrams, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance business operations.
  7. User Training & Support: Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to team members, including junior application resources and help desk personnel, ensuring effective system use.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Required Qualifications:

  1. ERP System Expertise: Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and AX.
  2. Certifications: Preferred certifications include Microsoft Dynamics MB-300 (Core Finance & Operations), MB-310 (Finance), and MB-330 (Supply Chain).
  3. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Professional Experience:

  1. 7+ years of experience as an MS Dynamics F&O Senior Application Specialist, with a strong focus on Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance.
  2. Hands-on expertise across multiple D365 modules, including:
    1. Inventory, Procurement (Procure to Pay), Warehouse Management (WMS), Order to Cash, Production.
    2. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.
  3. Proven track record in Full lifecycle D365 implementations (Optional).
  4. Strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and Office tools like Excel.
