Python Backend Engineer – Remote (Open‑Source) Mercor is looking for a Python backend developer to contribute to open‑source Python repositories used by leading AI and data teams. The role is part‑time, remote, and compensation is $30–$50 per hour. Role Responsibilities Contribute to open‑source Python repositories. Design, implement, and optimize backend systems for scalability and maintainability. Collaborate asynchronously with global contributors using GitHub workflows.
