The opportunity

The

Transaction Specialist

provides excellent customer service and maintains excellent interdepartmental relationships while ensuring auditing and processing lease transactions. The Transaction Specialist contributes to CWB National Leasing's goal of being the company of choice of the organization and administration of financial transactions for the business.

The day-to-day

Administration leader. Player coach. Customer service guru.

Manage and audit manual deals to ensure accurate completion and entry Review and audit leasing documentation, ensuring all applicable standards and policies apply Enter and audit lease information into system Verify lease information is consistent, accurate and correct, which includes verifying lessee identify is correct, speaking with the actual lessee to verify information is accurate Complete manual processes when necessary (manual adjustments, pay requisitions, emails, etc.) Audit lease administration files to ensure compliance to policies and standards Support team members, including coverage/assistance for other Auditor Supervisors, Managers, and other regional team members as requested Provide regular support and communication to team members, department manager, and supervisor Liaise with vendors, lessees, and sales to provide on-going support and business development Evaluate existing business processes and make recommendations for improvements to existing departmental processes May be required to assist other regional team members in Case Console queue with coordination tasks application entry, documentation, funding, and post-funding follow up items Demonstrate and uphold an internal culture of customer service excellence Handle all work with the upmost discretion and confidentiality Develop and maintain positive and respectful working relationships with fellow employees Demonstrate reliability, engagement, and confidence when managing workload Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from

Post Secondary education in Business Administration Diploma, or equivalent work experience/training 4 years of lease/sales administration experience Skills and competencies that will take you further

Bilingual - English and French is needed Analytical with a strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills with a capacity for good judgement and decision making Excellent time management and prioritization skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with demonstrated abilities executing with tact and assertiveness Ability to handle a high-volume workload in an environment handling confidential client information Why work with us?

Gérer et vérifier les transactions manuelles pour s'assurer qu'elles sont complétées et saisies avec précision. Examiner et vérifier la documentation relative aux baux, en s'assurant que toutes les normes et politiques applicables sont respectées. Saisir et vérifier les informations relatives aux baux dans le système. Vérifier que les informations sur les baux sont cohérentes, précises et correctes, ce qui implique de vérifier que l'identité du locataire est correcte, et en communiquant directement avec le locataire pour vérifier l'exactitude de l'information. Compléter les processus manuels si nécessaire (ajustements manuels, demandes de paiement, courriels, etc.) Contrôler les dossiers d'administration des baux pour s'assurer qu'ils sont conformes aux politiques et aux normes. Soutenir les membres de l'équipe, y compris la couverture/l'assistance pour d'autres superviseurs d'auditeurs, des gestionnaires et d'autres membres de l'équipe régionale, selon les besoins. Assurer un soutien et une communication régulièrement auprès des membres de l'équipe, du chef de service et du superviseur. Assurer la liaison avec les fournisseurs, les locataires et les ventes afin de fournir un soutien continu et de développer les activités. Évaluer les processus opérationnels existants et formuler des recommandations pour améliorer les processus départementaux existants. Aider au besoin d'autres membres de l'équipe régionale dans la file d'attente Case Console pour des tâches de coordination, l'entrée de la demande, la documentation, le financement et les éléments de suivi après le financement. Démontrer et maintenir une culture interne d'excellence du service à la clientèle. Traiter toutes les tâches avec discrétion et confidentialité. Développer et maintenir des relations de travail positives et respectueuses avec les autres employés. Faire preuve de fiabilité, d'engagement et d'assurance dans la gestion de la charge de travail. Diplôme d'études supérieures en administration des affaires ou expérience professionnelle/formation équivalente 4 ans d'expérience dans l'administration des baux et des ventes Aptitudes et compétences qui vous permettront d'aller plus loin

Bilingue - l'anglais et le français est nécessaire Esprit d'analyse avec un grand souci du détail et de la précision Excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, de relations interpersonnelles et d'organisation, avec une capacité de jugement et de prise de décision. Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps et de l'établissement des priorités Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, tant verbale qu'écrite, avec des capacités démontrées à faire preuve de tact et d'assertivité.
