Customer Experience Associate - Kelowna - Future Opportunities Role Summary: Join TD Canada Trust as a Customer Experience Associate in Kelowna. You will perform a broad range of customer service transactions, advise on products and services, and ensure a positive customer experience. Location: Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada Schedule: Full‑time Salary: $22.50 – $28.33 CAD per hour (varies by experience, skills) Responsibilities Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with procedures, regulations and TD’s Code of Conduct. Understand customer needs, recommend solutions and exercise discretion with confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating as necessary. Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely. Connect with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes clearly. Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment and contribute to team effectiveness. Assist the team by keeping coworkers informed and respecting coworkers. Deliver high‑quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist. Qualifications High school diploma and/or 1+ year(s) relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet. Go‑getter with initiative, accuracy and detail orientation for multiple tasks and changing priorities. Effective communicator with calm, courteous, and effective customer‑engagement skills.
