Position Computer and Information Systems Manager Type Independent Contractor Compensation $100–$200/hour Location US, UK, or Canada Commitment 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design questions related to your occupation as a Computer and Information Systems Manager. Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance. Provide clear, structured feedback to AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency, relevance, and coverage across datasets. Qualifications 4+ years full-time work experience as a Computer and Information Systems Manager. Be based in the US, UK, or Canada. Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks). Compensation & Legal At-will contractor to Mercor. Paid weekly via Stripe Connect. Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
