This role emphasizes developing AI agents and copilots using tools like Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, playing a hybrid role that combines development expertise with project management and stakeholder engagement.What You Will DoBuild and integrate generative AI capabilities and agentic solutions such as AI agents using Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, and related tools.Develop and maintain custom connectors, APIs, and AI integrations with enterprise systems including ServiceNOW and Moveworks Agent Studio.Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder).Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, interpret, and translate requirements into intelligent automation solutions.Support the full lifecycle of solution delivery from ideation and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.What You Bring To The RoleComputer Science degree or equivalent education.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage both business users and technical teams.A passion for AI innovation and a strong understanding of applying generative AI to real-world business challenges.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile development environments.Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to take initiative and ownership of outcomes.Technical SkillsExperience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, and generative AI models (e.g., GPT-4).Understanding of AI agent orchestration patterns, RAG, GenAI models, and prompt engineering.Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents).Development experience in SharePoint Online focusing on AI integration.Enterprise experience with cloud security roles and custom entity creation.Strong knowledge of Dataverse, APIs, connectors, and integration strategies.Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Programming familiarity with Python and JSON.Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with ServiceNOW and Moveworks Agent Studio (nice to have).Familiarity with Azure AI Services and Azure AI Foundry (nice to have).Certifications such as Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate, PL-200, or PL-400 are a plus.This position requires fluency in English, supporting collaboration with English-speaking colleagues and stakeholders across regions.KPMG BC Region Pay RangeThe expected base salary range is $74,400 to $111,600, potentially with bonuses. Salary offers depend on location, skills, and qualifications.
