This role is focused on inbound customer interactions, where you’ll take the time to understand customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and make personalized recommendations that help protect what matters most.**What You'll Do:*** **Meet and Exceed Sales Goals:** Deliver outstanding sales performance by building trust and confidence with customers, understanding their unique needs, and matching them to Allstate’s products and services.* **Provide Expert Product Recommendations:** Master our offerings to recommend coverage options and rates using Allstate’s tools and systems, ensuring each customer receives the best value and peace of mind.* **Strengthen Customer Relationships:** Take initiative to expand household coverage, increase retention, and ensure customers feel fully supported. You’ll use influential communication skills to nurture long-term relationships and improve customer satisfaction.* **Collaborate to Achieve Excellence:** Work with your team and leadership to align with company growth strategies and set ambitious performance targets.* **Stay Informed and Compliant:** Attend ongoing training to stay up-to-date on products, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
