Account Executive, Bulk Specialist Join to apply for the Account Executive, Bulk Specialist role at Air Liquide. The main objective of this position is to achieve ALC’s sales vision while promoting safety, quality, awareness, and compliance with company policies and maximizing the impact of his/her actions on company sales, prices, competition, and potential customers. Responsibilities Prospect the territory and analyze markets by developing a market development strategy and evaluating competitors. Locate and call on prospective customers, initiate and maintain business relationships, and develop local markets for new applications. Manage and plan territory by developing a business plan and sales strategy for the sector, scheduling activities, and forecasting sales and profitability. Use CRM to plan, schedule, and report day‑to‑day activities, maintaining accurate customer and lead profiles. Establish and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts, responding to customer needs. Identify customers’ decision‑making structures, industry processes, and needs; probe actively to build a complete picture of requirements. Close deals through incremental steps, improve customer loyalty, and manage account credit status. Serve as the primary contact between the customer and ALC, identify and solve problematic situations, and foster long‑term relationships. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide information, training, and support. Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial sales. College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Training in selling skills and ISO Quality System. Knowledge of computerized systems, MS Office, products, services, contract law, and basic financial management. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
