We are looking to hire a senior consultant to join our team in both offices.

As a Senior Consultant, you will leverage your deep industry expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to drive business success for clients. You will deliver high-impact consulting solutions, manage key client relationships, and mentor junior consultants. Your ability to analyze complex business challenges, develop innovative strategies, and implement practical solutions will be critical in driving measurable results. Your core experience is overseeing single or multi-unit businesses with extensive experience in guest experience and front-of-house management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute consulting engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Provide expert analysis and strategic recommendations to improve business performance.
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Oversee project teams, guiding junior consultants and fostering professional growth.
  • Conduct market research and financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and business proposals.
  • Identify business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong understanding of managing COGS, labour and expenses
  • Multi-unit management is an asset
  • Strong food and beverage product knowledge from all restaurant categories
  • Mixology skills and knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer are considered an asset
  • Proven team-based leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in industry-relevant software and tools.
  • Is prepared to work flexible work hours and travel overnight and, at times, out of province for multiple days
  • Can manage own learning cycles and is self-motivated
  • Strong at both independent and teamwork
