Roger’s is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Specialist to join our Cyber Protection Center. Reporting to the Director, Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) at the Rogers Park Brampton campus.

This role is responsible for maintaining and advancing our existing cyber security program through the continual review and development of Rogers cyber security strategy and security incident response and forensics procedures. The successful candidate will be tasked to support Rogers’ cyber Incident Response which includes the identification and application of threat intelligence information, building automation capabilities and leading continuous security improvement programs.

Review and respond to escalated security events from other analysts.Ability to use individual team members’ strengths and skills to successfully lead an incident response and support RCA with digital forensics.Good technical understanding of modern threats, TTPs, MITRE ATT&CK Matrix and digital forensics methodologies.Strong report-writing and communication skills.
