OverviewADGA is hiring a Senior Wargaming Subject Matter Expert (SME) to work on a long-term engagement assisting in the design development planning delivery and coordination of Wargaming as a capability to prepare joint forces for operations by acting as a catalyst for change - accelerating the evolution of joint capabilities and integrating strategic enablers into the joint force.ResponsibilitiesDesigning and Developing WargamesConducting Wargame Planning and CoordinationFacilitating and Executing WargamesCapturing and Analyzing Wargame OutputsProducing Wargame DocumentationDeveloping Wargaming Doctrine and ToolsSupporting Wargaming Training and Education; andMonitoring and Reporting on Wargaming ActivitiesQualificationsMust have an active PWGSC Top Secret (lvl 2 clearance)Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in military operations planning or wargamingMust demonstrate experience in the design facilitation and analysis of at least 3 military war games in the last 7 yearsVacancy: 1Experience: yearsWork-Life BalanceWe strongly support a healthy and productive work-life balance.
