In This Role, You WillProcess financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in line with standardized operating procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and EthicsUnderstand and determine customer needs to recommend solutions, while handling confidential matters with discretionRespond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures; escalate non-standard issues as necessaryAchieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timelyEngage with customers to advise on banking solutions and processesContribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting teamwork and personal developmentSupport the team by communicating status updates and staying dedicatedDeliver quality customer experiences and identify opportunities for operational improvementsJob RequirementsHigh School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experienceUndergraduate degree or equivalent is an assetStrong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environmentProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internetInitiative, accuracy, and ability to handle multiple tasks with changing prioritiesEffective communication skills, both verbal and written, in a calm, courteous mannerWho We AreTD is one of the world’s leading global financial institutions.
