Ce poste exige que quelqu'un collabore avec les employés et les superviseurs pour identifier et corriger les risques potentiels pour la sécurité et la santé et pour fournir une assurance de conformité et une assistance.
Le candidat retenu travaillera bien avec peu de supervision et devra appliquer des connaissances avancées en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail dans tous les domaines pouvant inclure la sécurité de la flotte, la sécurité du personnel, la sécurité des processus, la sécurité des équipements, l'hygiène industrielle et la sécurité des produits - afin de protéger la santé et la sécurité. de tous les employés de l'entreprise. Le responsable de la santé et de la sécurité au travail fournit également un leadership, des conseils et une assistance dans la prévention et le contrôle de tous les incidents.
Responsabilités principales :
- Travailler avec les supérieurs hiérarchiques pour s'assurer qu'un soutien est fourni pour atteindre une performance zéro / zéro en matière de sécurité et d'objectifs de santé.
- Aider à mettre en œuvre des pratiques de travail standard sûres et conformes avec le personnel de ligne et surveiller la conformité grâce à des inspections de sécurité.
- Identifier les opportunités pour améliorer les performances de sécurité et prendre des mesures proactives pour assurer la mise en œuvre.
- Surveiller les exigences réglementaires et les normes de sécurité locales ainsi que les politiques et normes de l'entreprise pour assurer la conformité.
- Fournir un soutien actif aux sites en formant les employés sur les exigences et aider le site à assurer la conformité de sécurité aux règlements provinciaux et fédéraux applicables ainsi qu'aux politiques et procédures de Praxair.
- Signaler les incidents, mener des enquêtes sur les incidents et faciliter l'analyse des causes profondes.
- Effectuer une surveillance de l'hygiène industrielle et communiquer avec les inspecteurs / agents réglementaires, le cas échéant.
- Aider lors de situations de travail potentiellement dangereuses.
- Aider à la révision et à l'achèvement des MOC.
- Maintenir l'état requis des comptes en ligne associés aux sites d'approbation de sécurité des entrepreneurs tiers tels que ISNetworld, PICS, ComplyWorks.
- Les autres éléments assignés sont associés à la prise en charge des besoins en matière de sécurité et d'environnement de l'entreprise Gaz emballé.
- 5 à 10 ans d'expérience pratique en santé et sécurité au travail dans l'industrie.
- Doit être un professionnel de la sécurité agréé au Canada (CRSP) ou un hygiéniste industriel agréé.
- Le bilinguisme (français / anglais) est requis (écrit et parlé).
- Compétence dans l'utilisation des applications logicielles Microsoft et d'autres logiciels de matériel de formation
- Posséder de solides compétences en gestion de projet.
- Connaissance du Règlement sur la santé et la sécurité au travail et des normes canadiennes connexes.
- Posséder de solides compétences en formation et en présentation.
