Fournir un dépannage sur site et la résolution des problèmes de bureau. Responsable du Conseil et de la consultation, de l'installation, de la formation et de l'assistance technique à la communauté des utilisateurs finaux.
Fonctions et Responsabilités: Fournir un soutien réactif et opportun à toutes les questions d'utilisateur final et aux demandes de support de techniciens de service sur le terrain Agissez en tant que troisième point de contact principal pour le support et le dépannage de bureau et d'ordinateur portable pour l'entreprise cliente. Effectuer la détermination et la résolution de problèmes complexes en identifiant le matériel et les logiciels Installez, configurez et mettez à niveau des systèmes d'exploitation et des logiciels, à l'aide de packages d'administration et d'affaires standard. Installez, assemblez et configurez des ordinateurs, des moniteurs, des infrastructures réseau et des périphériques tels que des imprimantes, des scanneurs et du matériel connexe. Tirer les câbles et recâbler ou diriger le recâblage des câbles selon les besoins pour les nouvelles installations et la reconfiguration du bureau. Résoudre les problèmes liés aux systèmes informatiques, y compris les problèmes matériels et logiciels, les courriels, les problèmes d'équipement réseau et périphériques, etc... Effectuez les réparations et les corrections nécessaires. Effectuer des travaux sur les quarts de jour/nuit renouvelable.
Compétences techniques: Une solide connaissance du dépannage du PC, tant pour le matériel que pour le logiciel Une solide connaissance active du support mobile, tant pour le matériel que pour les logiciels Posséder des compétences analytiques solides pour résoudre des problèmes complexes Expérience en soutenant Win7/XP/WIN8, imprimantes en réseau, et appareils mobiles Connaissance des plates-formes serveur, y compris Server 2008/NGINX/Ubuntu/CentOS Connaissance des plates-formes virtuelles, en particulier VMWare Xen allocation de ressources frontales et la mise en service de machines virtuelles. Qualifications générales de dépannage de réseau (OSI, ping, tracert, etc.) Connaissance des technologies Web, y compris HTML5, CSS, PHP, jQuery, WordPress. Les certifications telles que A +, CCNA et CompTia seraient considérées comme un atout
