OverviewLeasing Specialist (Langley, Surrey, Coquitlam Talent Pool)CAPREIT City of Langley, British Columbia, CanadaJoin our talent pool to be considered for upcoming Leasing Specialist opportunities in the Langley, Surrey or Coquitlam area.What You Will DoAs the frontline liaison, build strong relationships and deliver excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new resident.Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets.Collect payments, inspect the property and facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests.What You Will Need to Succeed1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Well-developed oral and written communication skills.Proficient with MS Office.
