What You Will Do Bridge the gap between Finance and IT departments by analyzing and gathering business requirements, implementing IT solutions to enhance financial processes, and ensuring seamless integration of financial software with other systems. Create solutions that meet business stakeholders' needs and incorporate AI and machine learning solutions to optimize financial operations. Experience with system integration, data management, and financial reporting tools. Relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, PMP, MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant. Your Experience Should Include Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7+ years of experience in core Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM or Dynamics AX 2012) finance and accounting modules—Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger (e.g., foreign exchange rates), Fixed Assets, Cost Management / Inventory Management with cost accounting, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, Expense Management, Project Accounting, and Financial Reporting. D365, Dynamics AX Finance implementation experience. Experience in financial modeling and forecasting. Experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in roles involving financial systems. Experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques to enhance financial data analysis and optimize business systems. Experience with global teams and international financial regulations. Proficiency in financial software, data analysis tools, and project management software. Experience in managing work items, tracking progress and collaborating effectively using Azure DevOps. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; must be able to work on a team; willingness to travel up to 15%. Job Responsibilities System Analysis: Evaluate existing financial processes and systems to identify improvements. Gather Requirements: Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with expectations. Data Management and Analysis: Use data tools to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making. Implementation: Assist in the implementation and integration of new financial systems or upgrades. Documentation: Create and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) for business systems. Project Management: Lead and manage financial system projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Training and Support: Train finance and accounting SMEs on new systems and provide ongoing support. AI/ML Integration: Bridge business needs with AI/ML solutions to enhance data analysis, forecasting, and decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and seek ways to improve systems. Collaboration: Work with IT, finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about statuses, milestones, and issues. Business Partnership: Align business objectives with system capabilities and effective use of finance ERP applications.
