We're seeking passionate, detail-focused individuals to join our team.Job DescriptionAs a Cleaning Plant Operator, you'll start the milling process - the gatekeeper of quality. You'll handle raw grains and begin their transformation into food-grade products for distribution worldwide, operating advanced milling equipment and systems.Key DutiesOperate/monitor Mill equipment, ensuring top product quality and yield.Adjust, test, and troubleshoot cleaning, de-hulling, and color sorting systems.Perform product testing, process checks, and record data using Galileo.Maintain sanitation, address spills, and ensure a safe workplace.Handle Gluten-Free products per compliance standards.Support receiving, bulk loading, and cross-training across departments.Follow company safety and food safety policies at all times.QualificationsHigh School Diploma (required).Mechanical aptitude; ability to operate/maintain equipment.Grain milling or processing experience (asset).Ability to detect off-spec product via visual/sensory checks.Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.Comfortable with heights, confined spaces, and moving machinery.Schedule & Perks12-hour Modified shift schedule (includes nights/weekends).Competitive pay, overtime, premiums, quarterly bonus, RRSP match.Comprehensive health & welfare benefits.Apply by October 14, 2025.
