You will be working closely to support a number of continuous improvement projects and variety of assignments to promote the optimization of processesCo-op Term Duration: January 2026 – May 2026Essential ResponsibilitiesCompleting tasks related to monitoring/trending and troubleshooting manufacturing processesAssist with troubleshooting and solving problems related to process efficiency, product quality, throughput and yieldAssisting in investigations through data compilation and statistical analysis to determine root cause to atypical eventsAssisting with new product prove out and qualification activities on production equipment.Assisting with validating purchased noble components to facilitate supplier qualifications and continuous improvement.Compilation and analysis of process data. Presenting results and preparing reportsContributing to process improvement projects, such as Lean and Six Sigma initiativesPreparation and data checking technical reportsInvolvement in change management activitiesUse of ERP enterprise software to source information and navigate business operationsSupports Technical Operations department with process executionsQualifications / RequirementsIn process of completing degree in a related discipline such as Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or MechatronicsExperience working within a manufacturing settingDesired CharacteristicsPossesses strong analytical and organizational skillsDesire to learn about the technical process of engine component /manufacturingProfessional demeanor/customer service orientedAbility to multi-task, and deliver key objectives within established timelinesAbility to work independently and within cross-functional teamsProficient in Microsoft software such as Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience with Oracle and/or other ERP systems preferredReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at INNIO Group by 2xGet notified about new Manufacturing Engineering Intern jobs in Welland, Ontario, Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
