Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefit programs for you and your family, including an RRSP program with company matching Skill development and certifications through an excellent training program and opportunities for advancement, including potential entry into our management training program Opportunity to work with an excellent team and great customers Regular day shifts Great discounts for you and your family on tires, parts, and mechanical services Primary Responsibilities Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians Providing service quotes, receiving customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalizing sales, and completing customer follow‑up Providing proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service received Recommending tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers Ensuring all products are billed accurately to the customer and processing all necessary information in the computer system Keeping promotional material updated in the showroom Participating in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire for customers and staff, on the road, site, or field Completing assigned e‑learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies described in learning modules Assisting in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts What does it take to get on track? Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial driver abstract Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations Working knowledge of passenger, light truck and specialty tires and mechanical services Availability for split days off and Saturday shifts Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must A team player who takes pride in their work At Fountain Tire, you’d have a great place to work Market‑leading wages, a manager with a large support network, and the chance to learn and grow.
