You will support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia while contributing to an outstanding employee experience.THE ROLEAs the Senior Manager/Manager, Workplace Operations Management, you will lead the team to:Ensure our workplaces are maximized and maintained with operational excellenceEnsure our workplaces are engaging, motivating and funEnsure our people have the right supplies & equipmentEnable efficiency in the administration of programs / servicesMaximize workforce productivity and reduce churnCollaborate with Business Support partners to lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an exceptional employee experienceTHE QUALIFICATIONSThe Senior Manager/Manager, Workplace Operations Management has:Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experienceA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partnersA commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the businessTHE COMPENSATIONThe typical hiring range for this position is $100,000–$150,000 CAD per year. The final salary may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Bonus eligibility may apply.We are always looking for top talent.
