1. Evaluate, develop, and implement enterprise-wide collaboration and productivity solutions based on the Microsoft 365 platform and related Microsoft technologies (e.g., li>
2. Microsoft 365 administration, security and/or architecture.
3. Understanding and mastery of SharePoint and Office 365 document and data architecture.
4. Participate in analysis and lead the design of SharePoint and Office 365 solutions.
5. Provide SME support to the day-to-day support teams for Microsoft 365 (internal and third-party support groups). li>
6. Seek continuous improvement opportunities for license optimization in the environment.
7. Execute on Microsoft 365 release management activities from the product backlog.
8. Consult with business and IT groups on various use cases and solutions to business challenges that can be solved with Microsoft 365. Drive adoption of Microsoft 365 workloads for ROI.
9. Execution of Service Now ITIL requests and tasks for Microsoft 365 related requests or as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of productivity applications especially within the Microsoft 365 suite including:
2. Microsoft 365 licensing.
3. Microsoft Entra.
4. Exchange (Exchange Online and Exchange On-premise).
5. Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Apps for Enterprise).
6. Microsoft Intune.
7. Defender for Endpoint/Cloud Apps/Identity/Office 365.
8. Microsoft Purview.
9. Microsoft Security.
10. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10).
11. Excellent Excel skills.
12. Excellent analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
13. Working knowledge of agile methodologies such as scrum and sprints.
