CTMS Implementation Lead - CIM (Research Institute) The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world‑renowned biomedical and hospital research centre in Montreal, affiliated with McGill University’s Faculty of Medicine. RI‑MUHC focuses on scientific discovery and patient‑centered medicine. Position Summary The incumbent serves as a specialist for clinical research workflows within the ERP/CTMS system implementation project, collaborating closely with the ERP Implementation Specialist to manage the request for proposal and system migration. General Duties Requirement Gathering (25%) – Define CIM’s requirements for CTMS integration with ERP, translate research workflows into technical specifications, and support the ERP specialist during vendor evaluation and RFP. System Configuration & Integration (35%) – Collaborate with the ERP team to configure CTMS modules for FMV‑compliant budgeting and coverage analysis‑based billing logic, ensure workflows enforce sponsor versus standard‑of‑care cost separation, and validate CTMS‑ERP integration for financial and HR processes. Testing & Validation (25%) – Design and execute test cases for clinical workflows, validate sponsor billing reports against FMV benchmarks, and coordinate UAT for CIM and document outcomes. Training, SOPs & Adoption (15%) – Develop CIM‑specific training, SOPs, and user job aids for FMV and coverage analysis processes; deliver training sessions, provide change management support, and monitor KPIs post‑implementation. Education / Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Health Informatics, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience with system implementations in clinical research or healthcare. Required Skills Strong knowledge of CTMS workflows, FMV, coverage analysis, and research billing practices. Familiarity with standard medical coding systems (diagnosis and procedure codes) for research budgeting and compliance workflows. Experience participating in ERP or CTMS RFP/vendor processes. Excellent collaboration skills, able to represent CIM in enterprise projects. Bilingual English and French preferred. Employment Details Status: Full‑time, temporary 1 year with possibility of extension. Pay Scale: $55,692.00 to $103,412.40, commensurate with education & work experience. Work Shift: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday (35 hrs/week). Work Site: Glen Site and Montreal General Hospital.
