Base pay range CA$55.00/hr - CA$75.00/hr Responsibilities Manage litigation matters, pre‑litigation demands, and provide legal advice in areas including insurance matters, consumer and commercial disputes Provide guidance on responding to subpoenas, including third‑party subpoenas Develop strategic approaches to managing legal risks and resolving disputes Support in the development and enhancement of internal litigation processes and procedures Qualifications Juris Doctor or equivalent from an accredited law school Active member in good standing of at least one bar (state or province) At least 4 years of experience as a practicing attorney (in‑house experience an asset) Experience in criminal matters is a plus Seniority level Associate Employment type Contract Job function Legal Industries Legal Services Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Get notified about new Litigation Counsel jobs in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
