Flexibility is key for this role as our shifts are varied, meaning you may be required to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings. A full UK Driving License is essential, along with a good level of computer literacy due to the variety of IT‑based tasks involved in this role. Our mission is to provide inclusive and personalised support. As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be assisting the local management team in providing basic management duties, as well as delivering hands on high‑quality support. This role also involves being part of the locality’s on‑call service (on a rota basis). This is a varied and meaningful role where you will be helping the people you support to live the life they choose. Qualifications Previous experience within the care sector is essential. Compassionate and caring individuals who are enthusiastic about making a difference to people’s lives and delivering the highest possible quality of care. In‑house training will ensure you have all the additional skills needed to deliver your role with confidence. Essential: full UK driving licence, good level of computer literacy. Compensation Hourly rates start at £13.07 with enhanced rates for overnight and weekend shifts.
