We are seeking dynamic and experienced Senior Specialist Program Evaluation & Audit to lead and manage our annual audit of DSM programs, external evaluation projects, internal evaluation initiatives, and represent Enbridge Gas as a member of the Ontario Energy Board-led Evaluation Advisory Committee.

This role is internally titled Specialist II, Program Evaluation & Audit.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent Enbridge at the external-facing OEB-led Evaluation Advisory Committee.
- Act as Enbridge's lead representative for the OEB's annual audit of DSM programs and results, ensuring timely and robust execution of auditor requests.
- Act as Enbridge's lead representative for evaluation projects led by the OEB, including Custom Project Savings Verification and Net to Gross studies, and impact evaluations for resource acquisition programs.
- Oversee internal evaluation projects to enhance program quality and performance.
- Support and contribute to regulatory applications, including DSM earnings and budget spending annually.
- Provide risk assessments for future OEB DSM audits to ensure the Energy Conservation Management team is well advised of audit risks.
- Lead policy development on avoided costs and cost effectiveness testing.
- University degree preferably in Accounting, Engineering, Business, or Economics.
- 7+ years of related utility industry and/or regulatory experience, with 2+ years in Energy Conservation.
- Outstanding knowledge of evaluation concepts, including measurement, verification, and tracking/reporting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including public speaking.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work with external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Excel skills, with a requirement to prepare/review complex tools.
- Expertise in evaluation concepts and regulatory documentation.
- Experience communicating with board staff, consultants, auditors, and intervenors.
- Potential to act as a witness at regulatory hearings.
