We help them create transformative experiences and human-centered solutions for a better world.Role Description iOS Developer Lead II - Software Engineering We are looking for experienced iOS Developers who are passionate about technology and bring a depth of mobile application development experience.The OpportunityHybrid: In office/remoteFeature development in Swift to expand the functionality of a mobile banking applicationEnsuring that proper design and architectural patterns are being used to allow the app to scale effectivelyParticipating in code reviews to ensure quality of code delivered by the teamCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, product owners, testers, user experience, security, and fraud teamsContinuously improving the app, finding ways to simplify and refactor codeWhat You Need5+ years of experience developing for iOS in Swift (Objective-C experience is a nice to have)Experience with UI development in both SwiftUI and UIKitA solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, MVC, MVVM, and iOS application architectureExperience with iOS unit testing frameworks and writing code designed for testsExperience with development and source control tools (Xcode, Git, etc.)Experience developing applications and systems with complex networking requirementsUnderstanding of IT standards, UX design, accessibility, and Agile methodologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on continuous feedback and improvementNice-to-have: Experience in a financial or banking environmentCompensation Range: $104,000-$130,000Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year, paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
