As a Sales Professional - Watches (full‑time) at our Breitling boutique located in our Birks store in Carrefour Laval, you will embody our belief in the promise of a brighter tomorrow through each interaction. You will work in a highly motivated team that values excellence, hard work and teamwork. Responsibilities Develop meaningful relationships with each client Make personalized recommendations that meet the client’s needs Foster an environment that puts the client at the forefront Achieve or exceed sales targets continuously Qualifications A minimum of two (2) years of retail sales experience; luxury retail and watch experience is preferred Strong team values Great interpersonal and communication skills Good organization and learning skills Strong working knowledge of French and English Proficient level of English is required, particularly to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec Benefits Competitive earnings, including commissions and bonuses Group insurance Award and recognition programs Innovative and unique training programs Employee discounts At Birks, you will find a management team that truly cares about your professional growth.
