The Opportunity We are excited to expand our team of physicians licensed in Alberta and/or New Brunswick, currently seeking part-time positions. We Offer Full training provided Full administrative support Flexible days and hours An extensive multidisciplinary team Responsibilities Provide consultations for veterans and other patients interested in obtaining a medical cannabis prescription Educate patients on the use of cannabis as medicine Follow up with patients and monitor responses to prescribed dosages and cannabinoids Perform other duties as assigned Experience Medical degree, registration, and good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of your province Specialty designation preferred Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload Team-oriented with existing team members and physicians Highly organized with good time management skills Informed about scientific research and industry developments or willing to learn Experience in pain management or mental health is an asset Experience working with veterans and/or medical cannabis is a significant asset Bilingual abilities are an asset Other Details This is a part-time, remote position based in Canada.
