Where You Will Succeed:

Reporting to the Asset Protection Manager, this position focuses on risk mitigation and protection of Casino assets and people, by supervising Security department staff and activities.

Main Duties:

  • Monitoring Security operations and communicating policies, procedures and standards to staff.
  • Assisting the Security Manager with staffing and performance management.
  • Creating, distributing and revising staff schedules to meet operational needs and control costs.
  • Carrying out a wide variety of administrative tasks as directed by the Security Manager.
  • Fulfilling duties of a Security Officer as required.
  • Must possess a valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Successful completion of Grade 12 or GED or a combination of relevant education, training and/or experience.

Experience:

  • Experience in security department.
  • Experience writing accurate and complete reports, logs, and other documentation on all activities within the facility.
  • Experience assisting recruitment, training and coaching of staff while in a supervisory role.
