Safety is part of our DNA, we are committed to building Indigenous relationships, supporting our communities, and environmental stewardship.Our Ideal CandidateReporting to the VP, Field Services, the Project Delivery Manager will oversee project execution and lead a team of professionals. This role is vital for driving revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, directly impacting Allnorth’s success.A Day in the LifePlan and forecast project resource needs.Lead strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality control.Communicate with leadership and support strategic initiatives.Mentor and guide team members, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.Work with HR and project leaders on talent development and performance management.Monitor KPIs and optimize divisional performance.Ensure projects meet contractual requirements, reporting, and change management processes.Support project recovery planning when needed.What You’ll Bring to the TeamDiploma of Technology or B. Eng is an asset.10+ years of progressive responsibility in project or construction management.Proven leadership in engineering and project delivery with a successful track record.Ability to inspire, delegate effectively, and develop people aligned with Allnorth’s principles.Strong judgment and decision-making skills focused on effective, economical solutions.Experience on mining projects is an asset.Willingness to travel frequently (50%+).What’s in it for you?We believe a happy, fulfilled team leads to exceptional results.
