Full-Time Temporary Teacher - Art/Drama/PE

Chinook’s Edge School Division invites applications from qualified individuals for a full-time temporary teaching position at Innisfail High School (Grades 9-12 with approximately 350 students), effective immediately to January 30, 2025. The successful candidate will teach Drama 10/20/30, Art 10/20/30, PE 10, and Drama 9. Preference will be given to individuals who have related teaching experience and who build strong relationships with students and staff, possess excellent pedagogical skills, engage in collaboration, and prioritize inclusion. We ask that applicants prepare both a cover letter and resume, complete with the names and telephone numbers of three current work related references. Cover letters can be addressed to Mike Garrow, Associate Superintendent - People Services Chinook’s Edge School Division. Applications will be accepted until 11:59 p.m., Sunday, December 1, 2024. The successful applicant will possess a valid Alberta Teacher Certificate, and be required to provide a criminal record check and vulnerable sector check.
