Overview Employer Industry: Artificial Intelligence and Software Development Why consider this job opportunity Competitive pay and benefits focused on employee well-being Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible Time Off Program and Paid Holidays Paid Parental Leave and Global Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a geographically distributed team Engage in impactful projects within the GenAI platform and Agentic applications What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Develop, test, and support features of the DataRobot GenAI platform and Agentic applications Own and drive key projects and milestones while fostering a culture of communication Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality Communicate proactively with product and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements Engage in engineering on-call support for services owned by the Data&Connectors team What is Required (Qualifications) 4 to 10+ years of proven experience writing high-quality code in a collaborative, cloud-native environment, preferably using Python Experience working with cloud platforms: designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based solutions Strong software engineering fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Effective communication skills in English with technical and non-technical audiences How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with JVM and cloud-native tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm Real-world experience decoupling monolithic software into smaller reusable components Experience with CI/CD, preferably using Harness Understanding of oAuth, JWT, Kerberos, LDAP, and SAML CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) certification #ArtificialIntelligence #SoftwareDevelopment #CareerOpportunity #RemoteWork #CompetitivePay #DiversityAndInclusion We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
