Connor Clark & Lunn Financial Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment within a project team engaged on the delivery of middle and back office operational enhancements including the delivery of new software platforms.
What You Will Do
  1. Produce financial models (using Excel and Smartsheet) of varying complexity, including but not limited to detailed transfer pricing, project financials, pro-forma projections, and the creation of operational performance metrics and KPIs.
  2. Assist with project financial communications to internal stakeholders.
  3. Assist with the daily management and workflow of the project pipeline.
What You Bring
  1. Bachelor's Degree preferably in Economics, Business Finance and/or Accounting with a strong record of academic achievement and demonstrated quantitative skills.
  2. A CPA designation is an asset; an understanding of capital markets and/or investment management products and processes would be an asset.
  3. Superior grammar and business writing skills.
  4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).
  5. Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Ability to work independently and within a team on a wide variety of projects.
  7. Professional, entrepreneurial, high-energy individual, with aptitude to learn new concepts and software.
  8. Prior work experience in capital markets or investment management would be considered an asset.
