Deliver on Renewal & New Business Targets

  1. Manage staff production and performance, including regular 1:1’s and hosting Team Meetings.
  2. Oversee the training and development activities of team members.

Develop and Maintain Strong Member Relationships

  1. Build and nurture relationships within the local business community.
  2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products to Members.
  3. Plan and execute local sales and marketing activities.

What you Will Bring

Experience:

  1. Leadership with professional services teams, ideally within tax or accounting.
  2. Strong relationship-building skills.
  3. Experience in staff recruitment, development, and performance management.
  4. Proficiency in tax preparation & accounting software, preferably with Tax Prep and Xero.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  6. A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for out-of-town travel. While most trips will be day trips, some overnight travel may occasionally be required.
