At Mayfield Early Education in Cairns, we’re looking for Lead Educators (Diploma qualified) to join our Centres. As a Lead Educator, you’ll: Develop and implement a curriculum that fosters holistic growth, laying the foundation for lifelong learning. Lead and mentor a team of educators, inspiring them to deliver exceptional care and education every dayli> Build strong relationships with families, ensuring open communication and collaboration to support each child’s development. Introduce creative teaching methodologies, keeping learning fresh, engaging, and aligned with best practice. Be a strong advocate for children, ensuring their needs and interests guide every decision and activity. What we’re looking for Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification) Valid Blue Card Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain) Strong understanding of Child Safe Standards Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF A genuine passion for the early childhood sector and helping children flourish Availability 6:00am - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
